Maru's journey with leather craftsmanship began in 2015, eventually giving rise to the creation of the former brand, MW Leather in 2020. Concurrently, Emma was making her mark as a photographer and digital media director collaborating with renowned names such as Bloomingdales, Miami Swim Week, and The Mandolin Group. In 2022, the duo combined their talents and created what is now, de: Marena. The brand was unveiled on March 14 the following year, a date that holds special significance as Marena's birthday.

Influenced by Marena’s distinct flair, her innate sense of style, and the cherished memories of a life well-lived, de: Marena embodies the concept of timelessness. In an era of rapidly evolving trends, we’ve made it our mission to create lasting pieces that seamlessly complement and perpetually remain in vogue.

Our products are meticulously handcrafted right within our Miami studio, where we’ve embraced a small batch production approach.
